Yukiko, with all the stress you've dealt with in the last couple of months, I want you to know that I admire your strength. I live in TX, and for years didn't have an ac unit, so I'd be glad to help you get a box fan if you like. I know a couple of tricks for box fans that make them work a little better, although you may already know them.
Also, after September 2, I'm going to have some free time, and while I can't translate, I can clean if you need a hand.
