I saw your recruiting post from last year on Batoto. Perhaps you could make one post in each title for exactly what you need for that title. People get more inspired to help when they realize a specific title they love needs help, more so than at a group level.
Also, what workflow do you use to translate from Japanese? I saw a group once that had translator's helpers. They'd type up the Japanese script from the raws because an electronic copy was easier to work from. Is there some way someone could help with *part* of your translating process?

Ah, it is what it is lol. I find it easier to translate by looking from the page on screen. Thanks though.
